As part of our service we will:
- Incorporate all attendances at our office within our estimate of fees - no hidden charges for a personal touch.
- Keep you updated by telephone or e-mail of all progressions in the transaction.
- Report to you on all matters, and not commit you to anything before explaining the situation fully and obtaining your consent.
- Keep you fully updated as to costs and disbursements, and inform you in advance wherever possible of any potential costs i.e. Chancel liabilities.
Your concern is our concern throughout the transaction.
